In order to identify molecular regulators and pathways related to tolerogenicity, we analyzed the transcriptional pattern of dexamethasone (Dex)-activated and MPLA-activated dendritic cells (DM-DCs) from healthy subjects (HC) and rheumatoid arthritis (RA)
